Would you consider this Kemba Walker for Jalen Brunson swap?

They could entertain a 3-team trade instead.

I created this trade concept about a month ago and I fell in love with it, it almost makes way too much sense for all 3 teams involved.

The trade fixes the problems created by the previous trade for both the Knicks and Mavs and also helps the Thunder turn Mike Muscala into yet another draft pick.

The 30-year-old Muscala has no business being on this Thunder team, as he’s basically old enough to be the father to some of his teammates.

For an organization that loves its draft picks, having another second-rounder plus a player in Maxi Kleber who they can certainly flip to a contender for more draft capital works for them.

The Knicks losing Mitch hurts a bit but currently, they have a pretty deep Center rotation.

The only thing missing from the current group is a player who can mix it up a bit and provide a different look for defenses.

Sure, Muscala isn’t the best defender at the 5 but he’s still a 7-footer that can grab rebounds but can also drop bombs from 3-point range.

He’s currently 4th in the NBA for 3-point percentage at 44.1% on about 4 attempts per game.

Everyone’s talking about how much they like Myles Turner for the Knicks but if the only thing he really has on Mitch is his shooting, which kind of is the case here, you’d do a lot better with Muscala instead of Turner’s 33% from deep.

The Knicks also replace Dallas’ other on-ball creator with Kemba Walker to help fill that void and receive another 2nd round pick for doing so.
