Kyle Lowry would have had an immediate positive impact on the NY Knicks

Let’s be real here…the Knicks had no chance at Kyle Lowry but that’s because The Heat are a bunch of under-the-table, cheating tamperers.

But if things were fair, the Knicks should have certainly pushed a lot harder for Lowry.

He could have easily had the same effect as Chris Paul had with Oklahoma City 2 seasons ago and Phoenix last season.

I don’t wanna hear the “oh, he’s too old nonsense” because Chris Paul is just a couple of years older, and look what he’s been able to do with teams who were as good if not worse than the Knicks were last season.

Anyone who doesn’t think Kyle Lowry wouldn’t have been a significant improvement over Kemba Walker just doesn’t know basketball.

Only if the Knicks got the exact version of Walker during his last season with Charlotte would it be a no-brainer decision to take him over Lowry,

Lowry comes with Championship pedigree where Kemba does not.

He was arguably the second-best player on a title-winning Raptors team just a few short seasons ago.

He’s a 6-time All-Star and can still do everything the Knicks would ask of him and then some.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Lowry would have made the Knicks legitimate contenders this season…at least for them to make the Eastern Conference Finals this year.
