The 2016 NBA offseason is close enough that New York Knicks fans have almost forgotten about the 32-50 season that preceded it—almost. New York has made a number of key changes already, including an expressed desire to trade into the 2016 NBA Draft.

Having acknowledged the likely targets at point guard, shooting guard, and small forward, the next rational step is to evaluate the likeliest of options at the 4.

In some instances, these players will be under-the-radar contributors whose skill set merely fits what the Knicks are hoping to do. In others, there will be recognizable names who have fallen into Round 2, but remain worthy of the Knicks’ interest.

The hiring of new head coach Jeff Hornacek further animates this process.

Kristaps Porzingis and Robin Lopez make for one of the better interior duos in the NBA. Kyle O’Quinn is a solid backup, and Derrick Williams can spot minutes at the 4, but New York lacks ideal stability along the second unit.

The question is, which power forwards should the Knicks be targeting in the 2016 NBA Draft?
