The New York Knicks made history on Friday night by winning their first-ever In-Season Tournament game, and they did so without two starters. RJ Barrett missed his third straight game with a migraine, and Quentin Grimes missed his first game of the season with a sprained wrist.

Although the game got close at times, New York pulled away for a 120-99 win over Washington. The Wizards are one of the worst teams in the conference and the league. The Knicks will face another bottom East team on Saturday when they take on the 3-8 Hornets.

Like New York, Charlotte is on the second half of a back-to-back after hosting Milwaukee on Friday for the In-Season Tournament. The Bucks cruised to a 130-99 win with seven players scoring in double digits, while the Hornets were led by LaMelo Ball's 37 points (12-of-28).

Charlotte is dealing with several injuries but now has Miles Bridges back after he served a 10-game domestic violence suspension. He played in his first game of the season against Milwaukee.
