The New York Knicks are constantly critiqued for being without a superstar (we're looking at you, NBA on TNT crew), but they have a couple of star players on the roster. Not only that, but in the first quarter of the 2023-24 season, the Knicks have had two players named Eastern Conference Player of the Week.

The name of the award explains itself. One player from each conference is selected as the player of the week for being the top performer that week.

Which Knicks players have won NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week award in 2023-24?

Jalen Brunson won the award the week of Nov. 20, and Julius Randle won it the week of Dec. 4. The Knicks and Sixers are the only two teams in the East to have two players win the award this season.

The league created the award in 1979-80, and Julius Erving was the first winner. The award has since expanded to include one player from each conference.
