1. The Knicks will win 55+ games in the regular season

Because the Knicks won 47 games last season, there’s a real chance fans will see New York push its way to 55+ wins and a top seed in the East. Not only did the team get better with the acquisition of Donte DiVincenzo, but the Knicks’ young talent will improve. These two factors could lead to a successful season.

Even outside of this, the Knicks have a full season of chemistry under their belt, and they know what mistakes to avoid. If Randle’s play from last regular season holds up and Brunson and Barrett both make the jump fans think they can, there’s no reason for the Knicks not to be a top-three or four seed in the Eastern Conference.

If the Knicks managed to push their way into a 55+ win season, it would be their most successful campaign in over 20 years. This monumental achievement would give the Knicks a lot of confidence going into the playoffs and could lead to a deep run.

There are a few reasons for the Knicks not to surpass their win total from last season. The team improved in several ways and will only get better as they play together. It will all come down to the Knicks’ stars showing up like they did last year. Randle, Brunson, and Barrett have a lot of weight on their shoulders this season, so let’s hope they don’t let fans down.
