The New York Knicks have lost their last two games and are looking to get back on track against the Magic on Thursday in the second half of a back-to-back. The Magic last played on Tuesday and defeated the Wizards, 122-112.

Although Orlando sits No. 13 in the East with a 30-43 record, New York shouldn’t walk into the Amway Center expecting a win. The Knicks are 2-0 against the Magic this season with the last game being a narrow 102-98 win on Feb. 7. While Orlando is in the running for Victor Wembanyama, New York needs to finish out the regular season strong to remain the No. 5 seed in the conference.

The Knicks were without Jalen Brunson for several games, but he returned for the team’s win over Denver last Saturday. He wasn’t on the injury report for Monday’s game against Minnesota, which was a good sign that he didn’t reaggravate his foot injury against the Nuggets.

Jalen Brunson has played in three games since returning from being sidelined with a bone bruise in his left foot. He’s out on Thursday with a sprained right hand.

Is Jonathan Isaac playing vs. Knicks?

After going 904 days without playing, Jonathan Isaac made his return to the court for the Magic in late January. Unfortunately, he underwent season-ending surgery earlier this month to repair a torn left adductor muscle.
