Jalen Brunson entered the New York Knicks’ matchup with the Bulls on Wednesday as questionable with a foot contusion. The point guard was a game-time decision, but you wouldn’t have known that with the way that he played.

Brunson finished with 30 points (11-of-21), seven assists, and two rebounds and that included a huge three-pointer with less than 30 seconds to go in overtime. Alex Caruso, who is known for his defense, couldn’t hang with Brunson and ended up on the floor.

The Knicks’ 128-120 overtime win marked their fifth straight and was also the fourth time in their last eight games that Julius Randle scored 30+ points. He scored a team-high 31 points (8-of-19) and added 13 rebounds and seven assists.

New York sits at No. 6 in the Eastern Conference behind Philadelphia. The Sixers are 15-12 and their next game will be on Friday when they host the Warriors.
