The New York Knicks will look to add to their win total on Wednesday night in Chicago against the struggling Bulls. The latest odds favor the home team.

The Knicks have won four games in a row for the first time since the 2013-14 season. A large part of their win streak is because of the team’s improved defense. New York held Cleveland (81) and Atlanta (89) to below 90 points and held Sacramento (99) to below 100 points, which is the first time the Kings have scored below 100 this season.

Julius Randle has been on a tear as of late. In the Knicks’ last four games, he averaged 28 points. That number would be a bit higher if he didn’t get ejected in the third quarter of the win over Sacramento. With Jalen Brunson being listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game with a foot contusion, not a sprained ankle, New York will need Randle to continue to play at a high level.

It isn’t unreasonable to say that the Knicks will secure back-to-back wins over the Bulls, especially given that Chicago has lost four of its last six games, but we’ve seen New York crumble a few times this year.

Will the Knicks be able to push their win streak to five? Or will the Bulls earn their 12th win?

New York Knicks vs Chicago Bulls Odds, Spread, Over/Under

Knicks Injury Report

The Knicks will be without Obi Toppin (knee) while Jalen Brunson (foot) is listed as questionable and Ryan Arcidiacono (ankle) is doubtful.

New York Knicks vs Chicago Bulls Prediction

The outcome of this game will largely depend on Jalen Brunson’s status, but the good news is that RJ Barrett appears to have turned a corner in recent games. If the Knicks are without Brunson, they’ll be relying heavily on Randle and Barrett.

The Bulls have three All-Stars in LaVine, DeRozan, and Vucevic, which in theory should be a good enough trio to knock off the Knicks. However, that trio hasn’t been enough for the Bulls to get over the hump that’s kept them toward the bottom of the conference.

With Chicago’s defense having a sluggish start to games, New York needs to come out firing on all cylinders. Randle scored 17 points in the first quarter on Sunday, so hopefully, he’ll have a hot hand again to start the game.
