1. Hubert Davis

During his four-year tenure with the Knicks, Hubert Davis made his name known as one of the best three-point shooters in the league. He shot 40% or higher from behind the arc in three out of the four years he spent with the team.

In addition to this, Davis often came up clutch when it mattered, like when he hit two clutch free throws against the Bulls in Game 5 of the 1994 Eastern Conference semifinals. He helped the Knicks go on to win the series in seven games to eventually go to the NBA Finals.

In his four seasons in New York, Davis would average 9.5 PPG on 44.9% shooting from three. He was truly an elite shooter not only at the time but even by today’s standards as his stats are still impressive.

While Davis would sadly be traded to the Toronto Raptors in 1996, the time that he spent with the Knicks will never be forgotten.
