SG. Jaden Hardy. 22. Scouting Report. G League Ignite. player. 211. Pick Analysis

The Grizzlies need to address their backup point guard slot as Tyus Jones is an unrestricted free agent and they could find one here at pick 22.

Jaden Hardy isn’t necessarily capable of being a true point guard, but he could help lead their second unit with the way he scores the rock. Hardy is a true microwave. When he hits a few in a row, it could turn out to be a long night for the opposition.

He has a smooth stroke that is truly range-less, as he’ll pull up from anywhere without blinking. Now, this could be a red flag, especially as an unproven rookie trying to earn his minutes with a new coach. But if he can control some of his urges to pull up and play team basketball, I like this fit for both sides.

Auburn. 23. C. Walker Kessler. player. 93. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

The 76ers and Daryl Morey have a few things to figure out this summer (besides how to fix James Harden). They need a backup center and some more depth on their bench. I’ve elected to go with the center position here as there is a good one waiting to be selected.

Walker Kessler is a PREMIER shot blocker, and that is putting it lightly. He averaged 4.6 blocks per game this past season, which ranked second in the nation. He always has great awareness and footwork which allows him to always be in great positions to catch a lob or grab a board.

Learning behind Joel Embiid could do wonders for both Kessler and Philadelphia.
