1: The Knicks’ selections in the 2022 NBA Draft

This is the big one. New York has the No. 11 and No. 42 picks in the 2022 NBA Draft. Like with everything else, there’s been a lot of speculation about who the Knicks will select with their lottery pick on June 23 at Barclays Center.

But there could be something massive in the works right now. The Sacramento Kings have the No. 4 pick and there’s a belief that they could be interested in trading back in the draft. And we know that New York is in pursuit of a point guard, so one of the most exciting Knicks drafts in recent memory could be on the horizon.

Purdue’s Jaden Ivey is expected to go somewhere in the top six, so he’s out of New York’s range (for now). The draft will take place three weeks from today, so fans are going to know sooner rather than later what the Knicks’ front office is planning.

Trading up for Ivey would be an absolutely massive move, especially for a team that seems to always have a streak of bad luck at its side. However, because of that, it’s important for fans to not get their hopes up too high.

Regardless of what New York does or doesn’t do in the draft, the Knicks’ newest rookie class will be revealed this month. Don’t let fans down, Leon Rose.
