3: Myles Turner

Myles Turner is a player the Knicks have had their eyes on constantly since this past offseason, and with the uncertainty surrounding Mitchell Robinson, maybe now is the time for Leon Rose to make his move.

While Turner certainly has his downsides, the offensive upside he provides in comparison to Robinson alongside the young guys would be a great fit. If New York does move on from Randle, Turner could cover some of the offense while Quickley, Barrett, and Toppin all grow into their roles together.

Ultimately, this is a trade years in the making, and while this may not be the trade that facilitates the Knicks dealing Randle, it could be a low-risk, high-reward move.

Pass or pursue: Given that this would be a smaller trade before a big one, it’s definitely something New York should look at, especially if it means freeing up for a second move such as trading Randle.
