Let’s take each of the guys in this tier on an individual basis. Williamson obviously has serious concerns right now. He has missed a ton of games in his short career.

However, when he has played, hooo boy. It’s hard not to get excited about who he can be and how he might dominate this league.

Morant is a walking highlight reel. I’ll expand on that, but that’s all you need to know, really. The dude is having an unbelievable season leading a young Grizzlies team to a frighteningly good record.

Many New York fans have lamented not drafting high enough to take him in 2019. It’s an understandable sentiment.

And then there’s Luka. What can you say about him? The man arguably belongs in a tier by himself, as he is the clear-cut number one on this list. Fans ranked him first. The data ranked him first. The media ranked him first.

Any Knicks fan who says they would take Barrett over him is either a crazy homer or a liar, but they’re definitely one of those two.
