Will Jericho Sims win a Dunk Contest?

And last but not least, we have Jericho Sims winning at least one dunk contest in his career.

He’s everything Dwight Howard was as a rookie and if Jericho were born 20 years earlier, he’d be one of the best Centers in the league today.

The high-flying big man has some serious ‘ups’.

Need I say more?

He’s not just a dunker, he’s a high-energy big guy with serious rebounding skills and can do a little bit with the ball in his hands around the basket.

I think all he needs is some fine-tuning on the offensive side of the ball to be able to become a serious contributor at the next level.

If he were drafted by a rebuilding team like OKC or Detroit, he’s good enough to be in their rotation today.

But he has the luxury of working with some of the best developmental coaches in the league today with Westchester without having the added pressure of performing at the highest level every night.

Once Obi is done winning his Dunk Contests, I hope Jericho Sims picks up one or two himself as well.
