Lonzo Ball’s potential departure from the New Orleans Pelicans has been discussed for months now, and one of the most popular landing spots has been the New York Knicks.

The Knicks have been linked to Lonzo Ball since the trade deadline way back in the first week of February. Now, with free agency under two weeks away, the rumors are going to be heating back up.

It’s all happening. The draft on July 29th free agency on August 2nd.

Whoever the New York Knicks draft may give some hints as to who they may or may not pursue in free agency… or it could have zero effect on their plans. Finding another player who can create offense is certainly near the top of their list.

With the Lonzo Ball links to New York coming from legitimate sources since January, you have to think he’s being given serious consideration…Or is he?

SNY’s Ian Begley said that there was “zero consensus” in the New York Knicks organization about Lonzo Ball. The big question is: who in the Knicks organization are the advocates, and who are and who are the naysayers?

The first thing to look at… is Lonzo Ball interested in the Knicks?
