The 3rd most valuable player on the NY Knicks is Immanuel Quickley

Rarely does a team draft a legitimate Rookie of the Year contender at pick #25, but that’s exactly what the Knicks did.

Quickley took the league by storm this year and really showed the world what he was all about.

It started with his nearly elite-level floater and as time progressed, he showed that he could shoot the 3-ball at a high clip and really put it on opposing defenses.

I’m firmly of the belief that there’s a path where IQ becomes the Knicks’ starting point guard of the future once he improves his playmaking abilities.

To get that guy at pick 25 and have him be your starting point guard potentially before his rookie contract is even up is the definition of ‘valuable’.

He could be a multi-time All-Star one day and will surely compete for the 6th Man of the Year award if he doesn’t get moved into the starting lineup at some point.

It’s nice to finally get a bargain for once and not draft a player in the lottery all for them to be a bust.

Being a Knicks fan is hard (haha).
