For the first time in a long time…the NY Knicks have a number of very valuable assets on the roster.

The sentiment across the board during the team’s exit interviews was that this season was about building a foundation for something special in the future.

It’s pretty obvious that during the regular season, the Knicks were able to outwork a lot of teams.

They were rarely the more talented team on the floor at any given moment but were able to grind out win after win.

Who is the most valuable player on the NY Knicks today?

The front office truly played this year with house money, but now they’ve got their work cut out for them to figure out how to elevate the team and become better for next year.

In regards to this article, I wanted to discuss who I believed were the most valuable players on today’s team.

We’re not taking the fact that a player may be a pending free agent into consideration here.

In my opinion, the three most important aspects of a player that determines their “value” are what the player is worth to the team today, what they’re worth for the team’s future, and marketability.
