NY Knicks Julius Randle Trade Rumor #3

Get a load of the guy who wrote this article. What a complete BOZO this dude is.

Unreal how much of a shmuck this guy was….oh, wait….it’s me. I wrote this one.

Fun fact, this was both the sample article that I wrote when I applied to be a contributor for Daily Knicks but also my very first article published!

It’s well written. I took so much time writing this bad boy. Literally, 2 days going over it again and again and editing what was written because I needed it to be perfect.

The words I wrote came out pretty good, but the ideas I wrote about…man, if I only knew how incredible Julius Randle would become.

All 3 trade proposals were pretty bad in my opinion. I was just starting out doing this thing, ok?

I also gave my rendition of a Terry Rozier trade and it didn’t make a ton of sense back then, but now…now it’s plain awful.

The trade with the Kings would be ok back then. I think the Knicks would be getting back equal value to what it is that they were giving up to an extent but of course today, no one is doing that trade.

The one that I wanted to highlight of course is the Utah Jazz trade for Mike Conley.

Conley is a great player and he’s definitely back to the MC of old.

But, when this was written, the Jazz had just been upset by the Nuggets after leading them 3-1 in the first round of the playoffs and I could have seen the Jazz moving on from Conley.

He did have a decent showing in the playoffs last year but he stunk up the joint during the entire season and his fit alongside “Spida” was questioned.

Seeing how the Jazz are the best team in the league…imagine if they did have Randle instead of Conley today?

Jeez.

In conclusion, no, I wouldn’t make this trade today, or yesterday, or tomorrow, or anytime during my life.
