Being a NY Knicks fan is fun once again!

It’s crazy what being a fan of an awful team for so many years can do to your soul…but then as soon as they’re relevant and fun to watch on a consistent basis, all of that goes right out the window.

The constant negative thoughts, the saltiness, everything…poof, gone.

We’re talking about a team that’s damn near guaranteed to make the playoffs and in all reality, they could make some serious noise while there.

That being said, it’s a bittersweet feeling to know that I don’t have to think as much about the draft as I normally would be when there’s only a handful of games left to play in the regular season.

Chances are, the Knicks aren’t gonna be doing much of their major upgrading through the draft anyway.

What are the 3 biggest needs for the NY Knicks this offseason?

Coach Thibs hates rookies, as I’ve mentioned several times on my podcast recently.

The front office has had an entire season to evaluate what they have on the roster and the moves that need to be made in this upcoming offseason.

There are a few areas of need that are pretty obvious and others that might get me in trouble with a lot of readers.

But considering what I thought about the makeup of this team coming into the season, the fact that I want to see so many players that are on the roster today come back next year is just sensational.

Here is what I believe are the 3 most glaring needs for the Knicks in this upcoming offseason.
