New York Knicks: What if each player was a chess piece?
By Brad Wier
New York Knicks: The Queen
This is the most valuable and versatile piece. It can move any amount of spaces NESW and can go diagonal as well. This is the piece that can secure you a victory. If you lose this piece, your chances of winning go way down.
Rj Barrett
You read that description right? RJ is our most-prized player and has a legitimate chance to take a positive step forward next season. He’s not elite at any one thing (except having eyes lazier the T-Mac’s), but he is above average at many different things, which makes him have a complete game. If he can figure out how to shoot even at league average, the sky is the limit. He doesn’t have to shoot like Tyler Herro (sigh) but if he can get to around 35 percent from three, he’d instantly become a top-tier young talent.
We’re banking on you kid. Seriously it’s all we got.
Well all we got left on the chess board besides…….
The King: Frank Ntilikina
Everyone knows who the King is and he’s French.
