7. Tyrese Maxey (Point Guard)

Tyrese Maxey is a 6-foot-3 point guard headed to Kentucky, and he is a tough-minded player offensively and defensively.

Maxey is someone who never loses his confidence no matter what the score is and always gives his 110 percent, while also acts as a great shooter, showing signs of great touch with his reliable floater game and making free throws. This includes pushing the tempo on offense, especially in transition.

Maxey has shown the potential to be a great defender, as well, as he recently won defensive player of the year award in the Nike EYBL.

While Maxey hasn’t shown to be the best playmaker for his position yet, what he has shown is his ability to take care of the ball.

For some reason though, he just seems to have trouble racking up assists at the moment but to be fair, that is relatively normal for a young scoring guard like him.
