Week 4 Averages: 7.0 PPG, 10.0 RPG, 1.3 APG, 0.7 SPG, 0.7 BPG, 0.7 3PM, 29.2 MPG
Season Averages: 7.4 PPG, 8.3 RPG, 1.6 APG, 0.6 SPG, 0.9 BPG, 0.4 3PM, 22.3 MPG

Still starting in the frontcourt, Noah Vonleh has remained consistent for the New York Knicks. He finds the occasional basket, but mostly sticks under the hoop to clean up the glass and block almost one shot per game.

Week 4 represented more of the same for Vonleh, who tallied 7.0 points per game and 10 rebounds, which raised his season average from 7.8 to 8.3.

The standout game came against the Hawks, with 11 points,13 rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block. It became his fourth double-double of the season, and one of the previous three also happened versus Atlanta on opening night.

Like Dotson, there’s little risk of Vonleh losing his rotation spot. As a starter, that could change if head coach David Fizdale wants to increase New York’s 98.7 Pace — 22nd in the NBA. This was attributed to starting two big men before Sunday’s loss to the Orlando Magic.

The other big man, Mitchell Robinson, just had a nine-block game and could be the Knicks’ long-term center. He won’t leave the starting lineup, for now, but if Fizdale wants to quicken the pace, someone like Knox could replace Vonleh, although at a defensive risk.
