The New York Knicks have seven possible landing spots in the 2018 NBA Draft Lottery. Here’s one target for every potential possibility.

The New York Knicks are mere days away from one of the most important dates of the 2018 offseason. While the 2018 NBA Draft will be the event that alters the trajectory of the organization, it’s the Lottery on May 15 that will determine the opportunity it’s presented with.

Thankfully for the Knicks, there are a vast number of possibilities for the organization to consider as ways to improve its long-term future.

New York currently has the ninth-best lottery odds in the 2018 NBA Draft. There’s an 81.3 percent chance that the Knicks will end up with the No. 9 overall selection, but there’s also an 18.7 percent chance that they won’t.

In total, there will be seven potential landing spots for the Knicks come May 15: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, and 12 overall in the annual selection process.

Some are more unlikely than others, but the Lottery is an event that embodies the unpredictability of the NBA. For what it’s worth, the Cleveland Cavaliers jumped from No. 9 to No. 1 overall as recently as 2014—a sign the Knicks could experience the same luck.

The question is: Who would the New York Knicks target at every one of the seven possible landing spots in the 2018 NBA Draft Lottery?
