The New York Knicks have every reason to watch the Sweet 16. These 16 prospects could prove to be top targets in the 2018 NBA Draft.

The New York Knicks are in the evaluation stage on the NBA, NCAA, and international levels. With the 2018 NCAA Tournament raging and the 2017-18 regular season nearing its end, the coaching staff and front office are attempting to figure out who does and doesn’t fit long-term.

With the arrival of the Sweet 16 has come an opportunity for the Knicks to make an accurate evaluation of how the remaining prospects currently handle the spotlight.

The 2018 NCAA Tournament has been unlike any in NBA history. Entering the Sweet 16, the field has already lost two No. 1 seeds, two No. 2 seeds, a pair of No. 3 seeds, and a No. 4 seed that featured the projected No. 1 overall draft pick.

The NCAA Tournament has always been labeled as March Madness, but never before has it been a more appropriate term or label.

Thankfully for the Knicks, there are still a surplus of viable 2018 NBA Draft options remaining in the field. Thus, while brackets have been obliterated, the opportunity to scout talent is still as significant and appealing as ever before.

The question is: Who are the top 16 2018 NBA Draft prospects in the Sweet 16 and how might they fit with the New York Knicks?
