The 2018 NCAA Tournament continued on Saturday, Mar. 17. Which potential New York Knicks targets in the 2018 NBA Draft stepped up?

It’s taken a mere three days for the New York Knicks to receive a surplus of new game film to evaluate. While most games have featured college-level stars who have a debatable NBA future, the events of the 2018 NCAA Tournament have called the potential of many into question.

On Saturday, Mar. 17, a number of 2018 NBA Draft prospects silenced their critics and solidified their place as pro-level prospects.

The Round of 32 of the 2018 NCAA Tournament began on Saturday, Mar. 17. Following a Round of 64 that lived up to the billing of March Madness, the remaining stars and contenders aimed to show just how deserving they are of the position they’re in.

Some players failed to do so, but a number of players who have surfaced on the Knicks’ radar made their voices heard in the opening rounds of action.

The 2018 NCAA Tournament has been one of the most wildest and most unpredictable events in sports history. A No. 1 seed fell to a No. 16 seed, a number of early favorites have fallen short of expectations, and a vast number of top NBA Draft prospects have suffered early exits.

Thankfully for the New York Knicks, some of the better prospects in the upcoming draft class are still on the board—and, for that matter, thriving.

The question is: Which 2018 NBA Draft prospects stepped up on Saturday, Mar. 17?
