The New York Knicks play home to some of the greatest beards in the NBA. Which players have the best beards on the Knicks?

During the dog days of February that we are in, its important to stay optimistic about the future of the New York Knicks. With the ‘Bockers’ star player sidelined, we’re getting over the loss of Wily Hernangomez, and it’s just been a tough season overall. I repeat, it’s important to stay optimistic.

So here are the five best facial hair styles on our beloved Knicks

5. Courtney Lee

Courtney Lee doesn’t try to get too fancy with this beard. Tapered up to the jaw line is a classic look nowadays. Lee is always pretty cleaned up, unlike some other players on the Knicks.

This facial hair isn’t going to floor anyone, but it’s definitely not a distraction when watching Lee shoot 93.8% from the line.

4. Enes Kanter

This is an outdated video, but just speaks to the potential that Enes Kanter has with his mustache. I have heard comparisons (mostly from myself) of Kanter looking like Freddie Mercury (look it up, it’s uncanny) and Luigi.

Kanter has grown the beard out completely for this season, but we can never forget one half of the mustache bros.

3. Michael Beasley

If I catch any flack for this blog, it will be because of this pick. Michael Beasley’s facial hair is uneven, plain and simple. But it works well with personality. It’s very patchy, weird and all over the place, sort of how Beasley is.

If you think I’m being too harsh with Beas, please reference this SNY interview. Beasley’s beard is appropriately only 11% there.

2. Tim Hardaway Jr.

Tim Hardaway Jr. comes off as the player on the Knicks with the most swag, behind Lance Thomas apparently. His beard is always looking fresh and he just has a cool-guy aura around him.

He’s got the signature shimmy when he makes a bucket. When he first played with the Knicks, he didn’t have a ton of facial hair, or he would rock the goatee.

As he got older, the beard got stronger.

1. Kyle O’Quinn

I’ve written about this before. I have said it 13,423,434 times. This. Beard. Is. FAKE. I do not believe that a beard that dark, and that huge, is possible without some added help (shout out Beard Boost).

O’Quinn is the best-bearded player on the Knicks, and he has a tendency to get angry. Most of his intimidation comes from the beard, like bible hero Samson.

New York Knicks center Kyle O’Quinn’s facial hair is top five in the league. I dare say his is better than James Harden’s comically long, Santa beard.
