Pro: Postseason Experience

The New York Knicks are in the process of attempting to establish a winning culture. That will be no easy task, but acquiring players who know what it takes to win at a high level is a way to facilitate the process and ultimately realize that potential.

Not only does Bradley have vast postseason experience from his time with the Boston Celtics, but he’s proven to relish the opportunity to play on a big stage.

Bradley has 39 career games of postseason experience, including a trip to the 2017 Eastern Conference Finals. He struggled to find his footing during his first three appearances, but has established himself as ready for the moment during his past two.

Over the course of his past 19 playoff games, Bradley has averaged 16.8 points and 2.2 three-point field goals made on 44.1 percent shooting from the field.

In addition to being able to score at a solid level in the postseason, Bradley’s defense is tailor made for that setting. He may never test well in the advanced metrics, but when games slow down and an isolation stop is needed, few are better than Bradley.

Simply put: If Bradley could help cover up for Isaiah Thomas on defense in a postseason setting, then he and Frank Ntilikina could border on defensive dominance.
