The New York Knicks snapped an eight-game losing streak to the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday, Nov. 22. Who stepped up?

The New York Knicks entered Wednesday, Nov. 22 with a shot at redemption. Coming off of a 23-point loss to the Toronto Raptors at the Air Canada Centre, the Knicks played their Atlantic Division rivals a mere five days later.

Behind the strength of a fourth quarter that will live on in Knicks lore for quite some time, Jeff Hornacek’s crew ended an eight-game losing streak to the Raptors.

The Knicks struggled defensively in the first half, but locked in for a third quarter for the ages. On the strength of a 28-0 run that was as much about defensive intensity as it was offensive precision, New York stormed back and took a commanding lead into the fourth quarter.

The Raptors made things interesting, but the Knicks ultimately dug in and pulled out a victory that ended an eight-game losing streak to their division rivals.

With its win over Toronto, New York has improved to 10-7 overall and 9-3 at Madison Square Garden. It’s now passed the San Antonio Spurs for the most home wins of any NBA team during the early 2017-18 regular season.

The question is: Who stepped up for the New York Knicks during one of the most exciting victories in recent franchise history?
