3. Dominant Rebounding

To say that the New York Knicks have rebounded well would be an extreme understatement. The three-game winning streak has directly coincided with the Knicks rebounding at an unequivocally elite level on both ends of the floor.

With the personnel to continue their run as one of the best rebounding teams in the NBA, this is one area in which New York must not slip.

Over the past three games, the Knicks have ranked No. 2 in the NBA in rebounds per game at 51.7. During that same stretch, New York is tied for No. 1 in offensive rebounds per game at 13.7, and is alone at No. 1 in second chance points per game at 23.7.

Perhaps most importantly, New York ranks No. 1 in rebound percentage, No. 2 in offensive rebound percentage, and No. 5 in defensive rebound percentage.

With the likes of Willy Hernangomez, Enes Kanter, Joakim Noah, Kyle O’Quinn, and Kristaps Porzingis on the roster, the Knicks should continue to produce. Remaining No. 1 in said categories isn’t entirely essential, but it’s plausible.

If the Knicks manage to play up to their potential from a rebounding perspective, they should be in more games than they aren’t.
