The New York Knicks stunned the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena. Who stepped up during the 114-95 Knicks victory?

The New York Knicks began the 2017-18 NBA regular season with three consecutive losses. After blowing a 21-point lead to the Detroit Pistons and getting blown out by the Boston Celtics, however, Jeff Hornacek’s crew has found new life.

Following a 107-86 victory over the Brooklyn Nets, the Knicks shocked the basketball community with a lopsided 114-95 upset of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

New York entered the clash with Cleveland as the heavy underdogs, but played with confidence against LeBron James and company. It played physical defense throughout, moved the ball well, and attacked the offensive glass with relentless tenacity.

It was an encouraging performance by a young team that may not be a championship contender, but is still finding opportunities to grow as a team.

Head coach Jeff Hornacek may or may not be off the premature hot seat, but this was a promising sign of how good his Knicks team can be. New York played a competitive game as a heavy underdog, and showed no fear in doing so.

The question is: Who stepped up for the New York Knicks against the three-time defending Eastern Conference champion Cleveland Cavaliers?
