New York will play six games in October, splitting the outings with three at home and three on the road. It will play 11 of its 15 games in November at home, eight of its 15 games in December on the road, and 12 of its 16 games in January away from home.

The Knicks will then have an even split of the 10 February games before playing eight of 15 games on the road in March, and four of five games at home in April.

The question is: What are the games that will come closest to defining the narrative and trajectory of the 2017-18 NBA regular season for the New York Knicks?
