The New York Knicks still have a two-way contract available. Which current free agents should New York consider signing between the main roster and G League?

The New York Knicks have filled the 15-man roster with promising young talent and experienced veterans. As pointed out by Holden Walter-Warner of Daily Knicks, however, the Knicks still have a roster spot available.

With the introduction of two-way contracts, the organization will have an opportunity to exceed the 15-man limit and sign another player for 2017-18.

Two-way contracts enable teams to keep a player on the main roster for a maximum of 45 days per season. The remainder of the time will be spent with the G League affiliate, which in this case would be the Westchester Knicks.

Said players would be paid $75,000 for their time in the G League, and would be eligible for up to $204,000 in additional salary for time spent in the NBA.

New York already has one of itstwo-way contract slots filled with former Vanderbilt Commodores center Luke Kornet. An opening remains, however, which has thus sparked the following question and exploration of possibilities.

Which remaining free agents should the New York Knicks consider signing to a two-way contract for the 2017-18 NBA season?
