Few players are more valuable to the success of the Golden State Warriors than Andre Iguodala. Whether on the court or in the locker room, Iguodala finds ways to hold his teammates accountable on both ends of the floor.

Signing Iguodala would mean investing in another veteran who’s beyond the age of 30, but if it’s a short-term deal, it could change the culture.

Iguodala has done just about everything there is to do during an NBA career. He’s an NBA champion, Finals MVP, All-Star, and two-time All-Defensive Team honoree, as well as one of the most unselfish players in the Association.

With a level of effort that’s never questioned and a work ethic that would set a superb example for the younger players, Iguodala has the intangibles coaches dream of.

On the court, Iguodala is still capable of performing at a high level on both ends of the floor. He gets into opponents’ jerseys on defense and has an invaluable combination of court vision and finishing ability on offense.

Iguodala finished 2016-17 ranked No. 9 amongst small forwards in Real Plus-Minus and No. 20 in Defensive RPM. He’s still got it at 33.
