10. Sacramento Kings: Frank Ntilikina, Strasbourg

Position: Point Guard
Age: 18 (7/28/1998)
Height & Weight: 6’5″ & 170 pounds
2016-17 Slash Line: .485/.431/.621
2016-17 Season Averages: 18.3 MPG, 5.2 PPG, 2.1 RPG, 1.4 APG, 0.8 SPG, 0.7 3PM

The Sacramento Kings luck out at No. 10 overall by finding a point guard who can help anchor the future. Landing Josh Jackson at No. 5 would be a dream scenario, and getting Frank Ntilikina at No. 10 would be the icing on the cake.

Both players have elite defensive potential, and that alone could help Sacramento turn things around as soon as 2017-18.

Ntilikina is a 6’5″ and 170-pound point guard with a projected 7’0″ wingspan. He’s dramatically improved his outside shot and is continuously establishing his value as a genuine floor general and high-level facilitator.

Intriguing as that all may be, the true value that Ntilikina will have at the next level is the defensive potential he possesses at the lead guard position.

Buddy Hield is an excellent shooter who can work off of screens and take passes from Ntilikina for open looks. Hield is also an underwhelming defender, however, and that makes the potential presence of Jackson and Ntilikina quite valuable.

Sacramento could round out the entirety of its perimeter in just one event, and Jackson and Ntilikina would enable it to do exactly that.

The New York Knicks have interest in Ntilikina, as well.
