21. Oklahoma City Thunder – Luke Kennard (Duke)

From an unproductive Blue Devil to the most productive Blue Devil last season, Luke Kennard finds himself in Oklahoma City, which ranked in the bottom five in 3-point percentage in 2016-17. With Russell Westbrook collecting triple-doubles left and right, it only makes sense for the Thunder to add someone who can score off a pass from Brodie

With Kennard lurking around the arc, Westbook can conceivably collect assists on kick-outs to him alone.

22. Brooklyn Nets – Hamidou Diallo (Kentucky)

This one is a head-scratcher for me. Assuming he stays in the 2017 NBA Draft, Diallo would become a “none-and-done”, having enrolled with Kentucky in January and not logging a single minute.

Diallo would be betting on his high school mixtapes and his workout performances, which is something the Nets can gamble on. With two first-round picks instead of the No. 1 overall pick, the Nets, who are essentially fielding a D-League team, need to take risks.

Diallo is well worth it at No. 22, with the potential to be the best player on that team in the near future.
