The 2017 NCAA Tournament will play home to some of the best prospects in the NBA Draft. Who should the New York Knicks be scouting?

The field for the 2017 NCAA Tournament has been set. 68 teams will take part in the madness, but for as compelling a story as that may be, all eyes in the NBA world are on the prospects who are eligible to enter the draft.

Fortunately for the New York Knicks, the 2017 NCAA Tournament will provide Phil Jackson and co. with an opportunity to scout and evaluate the top prospects in the country

The 2017 NBA Draft is widely regarded as one of the deepest in recent history. There’s potential superstar talent at the top of the draft and a deep crop of potential high-level role players beyond the Top 10.

For a Knicks team that’s in dire need of young talent to put around Kristaps Porzingis and Willy Hernangomez, this is a golden opportunity to find a future star.

New York is currently in line to have Top 10 lottery odds and a pair of second-round draft picks. In order to properly utilize those three picks, it’s critical to evaluate prospects during high-pressure situations.

The question is: who are the Top 10 prospects in the 2017 NCAA Tournament based on the New York Knicks’ perimeter needs?
