Brandon Jennings

Despite having yet to play in a regular season game, Brandon Jennings has become one of the most popular athletes in New York City. Only Carmelo Anthony received more cheers coming out of the gates and no player drew more oohs and aahs.

Jenning continues to be aggressive, which is a comforting sign for a team that needs him to return to a confident state.

Jennings is moving well enough to formulate the belif that his achilles tendon is as close to 100 percent as possible. His quickness, both off the bounce and without the ball, is paralyzing. His end-to-end speed remains overwhelming.

Jennings hit back-to-back 3-point field goals, and both were the product of Jennings being confident in his abilities and quick on his feet.

Fans were cheering almost every time Jennings touched the ball, which is evidence of why he’s valuable. He can bring a crowd to life with his beautiful handles, which he flashed throughout the open practice.

Jennings is well on his way to reemerging as one of the most popular players in the NBA. He’s already cornering the market in New York.
