4. Dynamic Scoring Threat

It didn’t take very long for Brandon Jennings to establish himself as a dynamic scoring threat. In just the seventh game of his NBA career, Jennings dropped 55 points on Stephen Curry, Monta Ellis, and the Golden State Warriors.

Though one game from 2009 doesn’t set the tone for a full career, it’s hard to forget a performance of that nature.

It’s even more difficult to forget it when one considers the fact Jennings has 32 career 30-point games.

Jennings isn’t going to win a scoring title, but he’s a threat to get hot as a scorer in every game he plays. The sixth man role is perfect for Jennings, who can absolutely destroy the teams he’s playing against as a scorer.

For what it’s worth, in the 32 games that Jennings has reached or eclipsed 30 points, his teams are 21-11.

Taking that a step further, Jennings has scored at least 25 points in an additional 43 games. His teams are a game over .500 in those 43 outings at 22-21, which gives him a total of 75 regular season games with at least 25 points.

Jennings also has 146 total regular season games and four postseason games with at least 20 points.

Whether you love him, hate him, or feel indifferent, there should be no question whatsoever about the fact that Jennings can put points on the board.
