In 2014-15, the New York Knicks won just seven of a possible 41 road games. Less than one month into the 2015-16 regular season, the Knicks are already emerging as the Eastern Conference’s resident road warriors.
The question is, can New York extend its string of success away from home into its clash against the Charlotte Hornets?
New York already owns three road wins. The defeated opponents were the Milwaukee Bucks, Toronto Raptors and Washington Wizards—three teams that made the playoffs in 2014-15.
The only loss was to the championship-favorite Cleveland Cavaliers.
New York will look for road win No. 4 at the Hornets. Al Jefferson and Kemba Walker will look to prevent that from happening, but New York has reason to believe it can win.
This is how.
