The New York Knicks are steadily approaching one of the most important seasons in franchise history. Phil Jackson‘s vision for the Triangle Offense is finally coming to fruition, which has the basketball community clamoring about what’s to come.
Beyond Carmelo Anthony, however, there’s a scarcity of established forces on the roster.
Some players enter the 2015-16 season with incredibly low expectations. For that group, overachieving won’t be so difficult; the degree at which they do so simply may not be enough to crack this list.
Others are being tasked with immediately performing at a very high level. It’ll be harder for them to live up to the hype, let alone exceed the expectations.
