Knicks By The Numbers: 16-20

17 – Jeremy Lin – (2012) – How does someone play only 34 games in a Knick uniform, and the first 9 in garbage time, end up as the best? LINSANITY. Honestly, the Linsanity stretch was probably the most universally positive thing the Knick franchise has seen since the 1999 Finals. Lin revived life into a terrible Knick team, coming out of obscurity to average 25 points and 9 assists in his first 9 games, 8 of which were victories. Some of Lin’s best moments can be seen below- it’s long, but watching to the end will make you forget the Ray Felton era and look forward to a new season.
Honorable Mention – Henry Bibby – (1972-75) – Yes, he’s better known as Mike Bibby’s father. But, Henry was a solid back-up guard who had his moments in the Knicks championship in ‘73.
