Knicks By The Numbers: 6-10
By TJ Jann
– Clyde is arguably the greatest Knick, and still the face of the New York Knicks 35 years after retirement. 2 Championship rings, career averages, of 20 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists only tell half the story. Frazier was an elite defender (8 time All NBA Defense First team) and one of the most clutch performers of all time. Perhaps more known now for his “Clydisms” like “swishing and dishing” and “swiss cheese defense”, Clyde should be remembered for this game:
(start at the 4:20 mark).
Honorable Mention – When you have to follow Clyde – there is no one else that deserves to be included!
