The New York Knicks are hoping to put their home woes behind them in a big game against the Miami Heat on Thursday.

New York trails Miami for the No. 6 seed in the East, so it would love to grab a game at home in the first meeting between these teams this season.

Since the Knicks have been so unreliable at Madison Square Garden, I’m focusing on some prop bets to take in this matchup.

Here are three of my favorites:

Heat vs. Knicks best NBA prop bets today

  • Immanuel Quickley OVER 19.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists
  • Bam Adebayo UNDER 21.5 Points
  • RJ Barrett UNDER 2.5 Assists

Immanuel Quickley OVER 19.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists

Immanuel Quickley has been terrific for the Knicks, stuffing the stat sheet on a nightly basis off the bench.

IQ has played over RJ Barrett in crunch time as of late, and that’s a good sign for his usage in this game. Quickley’s prop was 20.5 PRA last game, and he hit the OVER.

Now it has dropped one against a solid Miami defense, but IQ has picked up at least 20 PRA in 18 of his last 21 games.

As long as Quickley keeps getting 25-30 minutes a game, he’s a great bet to go OVER this prop.

Bam Adebayo UNDER 21.5 Points

This prop may be a little high for Bam Adebayo, even though Mitchell Robinson is out for the Knicks.

Adebayo has scored 22 or more points in just three of his last 12 games, and now he’s facing a Knicks team that ranks second (behind Miami) in opponent points in the paint per game.

Bam’s shots have also dropped out of the 20s in his last three games, so I could see him falling under this again on Thursday.

RJ Barrett UNDER 2.5 Assists

Things are not good for RJ Barrett right now, and he’s failed to clear this assist prop in nine of his last 10 games.

Barrett was benched for the final 11 minutes of the Knicks’ loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, and Barrett has struggled on defense since returning from injury.

Not known for his playmaking, Barrett is averaging just 2.8 assists per game. I’ll fade him against Miami’s No. 5 defense tonight.
