The New York Knicks are out to avenge their early-season loss to the Dallas Mavericks when they hit the road on Tuesday night.

Jalen Brunson (questionable) may not be able to go for the Knicks against his former team, which may create some betting value in the prop market, especially for the Knicks.

Obviously, New York would love to have him for the game, as the team is an underdog in this matchup.

The loss to Dallas earlier this season sparked an eight-game winning streak for the Knicks, so they’ll look to get back on track after losing three straight entering this one.

Here are my favorite Knicks vs. Mavs props for tonight:

Knicks vs. Mavericks best NBA prop bets

  • Julius Randle OVER 9.5 Rebounds (-130)
  • New York Knicks 1Q +2 (-115) vs. Dallas Mavericks
  • RJ Barrett OVER 1.5 3-Pointers Made (-145)

Julius Randle OVER 9.5 Rebounds (-130)

Julius Randle has cleared this line in six of his last seven games, averaging 11.4 rebounds per game since the Knicks last played Dallas.

The Mavericks ranks 29th in the NBA in rebounding percentage while the Knicks slot in at No. 4.

Randle has played big minutes ever since Obi Toppin went down, and I expect more of the same in this matchup.

New York Knicks 1Q +2 (-115) vs. Dallas Mavericks

The Knicks have been one of the best teams in the first quarter all season, ranking sixth in first quarter net rating.

Dallas is a top-10 team as well, but I’ll gladly take New York when it’s getting two points in this spot.

New York is 10th in the NBA in first quarter scoring this season, averaging just 0.2 points less than Dallas. I’ll back the Knicks to keep it close early.

RJ Barrett OVER 1.5 3-Pointers Made (-145)

RJ Barrett has been hot from beyond the arc, hitting 12 of his last 18 shots from 3.

He’s cleared 1.5 made treys in 11 of his last 15 games, and he’s upped his 3-point percentage to 33.2 percent on the season.

Barrett played just over 20 minutes in the team’s loss to Dallas, but he has played over 40 minutes in three of his last five games.

The usage is going to be there for RJ, and I’ll trust him to keep hitting shots while he’s hot.
