The 2017 NBA All-Star Game will play home to some of the biggest names in the Association. Five All-Stars will be free agents this coming summer.

The 2017 All-Star Game will provide fans with an opportunity to watch the NBA’s premier players compete on the same court. It’s a glorious event that highlights the marketability and on-court brilliance of the best athletes in the world.

For the New York Knicks, All-Star Weekend has provided the front office with an opportunity to scout upcoming free agents.

The 2017 class of free agents projects to be significantly stronger than the previous collections of talent that Phil Jackson has been tasked with choosing from. Injured stars such as Blake Griffin and Chris Paul will headline a deep crop of available players.

Five 2017 All-Stars will join them, as will former All-Stars Pau Gasol, Jrue Holiday, Andre Iguodala, Jeff Teague, and Dwyane Wade.

While all eyes will be on the fun and festivities of the All-Star Game, Phil Jackson and Steve Mills will likely be scouting free agents. Some options are more realistic than others, but all five of the pending free agents taking part in the 2017 NBA All-Star Game deserve to be listed.

The question is: which All-Stars are soon to be free agents and how likely is it that one of them could sign with the New York Knicks in 2017?
