VIDEO: New York Knicks' Top Ten Dunks of the Decade

Over the course of the past ten years, the New York Knicks have had some memorable dunks. Obviously, there have been so many great dunks since the Knicks began, so we are going to narrow the search down to the last ten years. If you ask me, this list will just miss one of (if not the) greatest dunk in Knick history because it happened in 1993. That’s right, ‘The Dunk’ by John Starks. That moment was one of the more significant dunks in NBA history as well, more so based off the circumstances and who it was on than style points.

So let’s count them down!

10. Carmelo Anthony Posterizes Jeff Pendergraph to Spark Knick Win in Eastern Conference Semi Finals

9. Danilo Gallinari Dunks on Roy Hibbert (and strikes a pose after)

8. Wilson Chandler Reverse Dunk on JaVale McGee. Watch Turiaf’s priceless reaction.

7. Nate Robinson Put-Back Dunk vs Miami

6. Amar’e Stoudemire posterizing not one, but TWO Celtics

5. Jamal Crawford Self Pass Dunk vs Celtics

4. Amar’e Stoudemire Annihilating Tyrus Thomas. This was vintage Amar’e.

3. J.R. Smith No Look Reverse Alley Oop from Pablo Prigioni in 2012

2. J.R. Smith (again) with a reverse windmill in Game 3 of the 2012 playoffs

1. Iman Shumpert‘s Put-Back Dunk in the Eastern Conference Semi Finals.

Of course Marcus Camby, Latrell Sprewell, Bernard King, and a few others have had extremely entertaining dunks. Unfortunately, they don’t qualify for the Knicks’ top ten dunks of the past decade.

Feel free to post any dunks that you think should be up here.
