The New York Knicks lost, as Seth Rosenthal put it, in perfect fashion last night to the Sacramento Kings. The Knicks built an early lead and looked as if they’d cruise to an easy win over the Kings’ lackluster defense.

However, a weak performance from the bench in the second quarter kept the Kings in it. Then, later on, when Iman Shumpert went down, forcing the Knicks to go with almost solely Tim Hardaway Jr. — who was having an off night — things started to turn badly. The Knicks’ offense stalled, as if stuck in snow, and Carmelo Anthony nor Amar’e Stoudemire nor anybody else could get the tires turning again.

‘Melo missed a deep, contested two for the win and the Knicks went into overtime where they lost.

Raymond Felton, however, didn’t seem too concerned about it, as cameras caught him yawning in the midst of the crowd booing the Knicks’ 18th home loss of the season.

Way to be, Ray!
