The Cavs continue to build a very talented team that can compete in the future. I loved their draft by adding a talented piece in Bennett, a shooter in Karasev and a defender in Felix.

Their signings also feel major needs and were smart moves. Bynum’s contract was wise in that it guaranteed only $6 million of the total $24 million, Earl Clark fills a major need and Jarrett Jack is an ideal bench part to have backing up Irving.

This is a playoff team in 2014 if Bynum stays healthy. The most impressive part is that they still have a ton of cap room to try and lure LeBron James back to town or bring in another major free agent next offseason.

It’s been a tremendous rebuild for the Cavs the past three seasons. They are talented.
