Here we go again, the Knicks and the Heat. Well not completely, the Knicks will be without Carmelo Anthony and the Heat will be without Dwayne Wade. The Knicks and the Heat are heading in different directions, NY is on the verge of a coaching change and the Heat are battling for the seed in the east. Even without those two stars, this should still be a exciting game to watch. Chris Bosh has been playing great, and Lebron is Lebron.

Amare is slowly improving his play, but he has still faded late in games. He will need to step up big tonight for the Knicks to be successful, if not, the team will end up settling for the three and we all know that’s not the best strategy lately.

Match-up:

Eddy Curry vs. the Knicks- Now honestly, we all know that Curry isn’t a major factor on the Heat at this time, but it is interesting to see how eager Curry is to get revenge against NY. All the Knicks did for Curry was pay him tens of millions of dollars for a few games of service. What player wouldn’t want to get revenge someone who did that for them.

Rookie Watch:

Knicks – Baron Davis still ins’t totally ready to make his first start, so Iman Shumpert is still in the starting line-up and has been playing well. Look for big minutes from Shump again tonight.
Heat- Norris Cole has been a unexpected contributor to the HEAT early in this season. He’s averaging 7 points and 2 assists in their last 3 games.

Injury Report:

Knicks-  Carmelo Anthony OUT, Baron Davis OUT, Josh Harrellson OUT

Heat- Dwayne Wade GAME-TIME Decision
